Sarah Stoever-Seehusen, Ph.D., LP

Sarah Stoever-Seehusen, Ph.D., LP, received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa. She completed her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Minnesota.

Prior to joining Martin-McAllister, she was a co-coordinator of the Vocational Assessment Clinic at the University of Minnesota where she provided career counseling, supervised graduate-level staff, and coordinated counseling services. She also was an instructor at the University of Minnesota, teaching psychology courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. She has conducted research in the areas of burnout, organizational coaching, employee-organization fit, work-life conflict, volunteerism, and organizational commitment. She has presented her work at various national and local conferences. In her work as a therapist, she has been involved in individual counseling, career assessment, and crisis intervention.

Her current practice includes personnel selection and developmental evaluations, development and presentation of training and team-building programs, and vocational guidance.
